Shipping Providers and Methods

  • Orders are fulfilled from the United Kingdom.

  • We utilize Evri, DPD UK, and DHL Express United Kingdom for our deliveries.

  • Orders are dispatched in standard soft packages.

European Union Shipping

  • We ship to the European Union.

  • In the EU, you, the seller, have a 14-day cooling off period to cancel a purchase made through distance selling. You have the legal right to withdraw from a contract without providing a reason of justification.

  • In accordance with EU Law, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless Auburn Archives, as the seller agrees to cover them.

Issues and Damages in Transit

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • If your item has been damaged in transit, or if you received an incorrect or defective item, contact us immediately at support@auburnarchive.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping Process

  • You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To start a return, contact us at support@auburnarchive.com.

  • If accepted, we will send you specific instructions on how and where to ship your package back to us.

  • Items shipped back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Because all items sold by Auburn Archive are vintage, they must be returned in the exact same condition you received them, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
